As the Director of Nirasoul Pvt. Ltd., Abhishake brings together his deep-rooted connection to the Himalayan region and his passion for water, energy, and regenerative solutions to drive meaningful impact across India.

With a background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of managing large-scale rural energy programs, Abhishake co-founded Nirasoul with a vision to build a more water-secure and climate-resilient future. His leadership is anchored in delivering integrated solutions around rainwater harvesting, water treatment, fire safety, and next-generation civil infrastructure.

Before Nirasoul, Abhishake has been a key force behind Himalayan Rocket Stove – a pioneering clean energy company – where he played a central role in scaling energy-efficient heating technologies across the Himalayan belt.

At Nirasoul, he champions innovation with integrity, and believes in building sustainable partnerships that bridge traditional wisdom with modern technology. His on-ground insight, systems thinking, and people-first leadership are driving Nirasoul’s mission to serve communities, protect natural resources, and create a lasting ecological legacy.

Balraj Moudgil is a dedicated and visionary leader with a strong background in civil engineering, project execution, and strategic planning. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure development and water-related projects, he brings deep operational insight and execution strength to Nirasoul Pvt. Ltd.

Balraj has worked extensively in both government and private sector projects, specializing in water treatment systems, rainwater harvesting, and civil construction solutions. His ability to manage complex projects with efficiency and integrity makes him a key pillar in Nirasoul’s mission to deliver scalable and impactful solutions for water security and climate resilience.

At Nirasoul, Balraj leads technical operations and execution strategies across India, ensuring that every solution—whether it's a decentralized rainwater harvesting system or an eco-engineered civil structure—is delivered with precision, quality, and long-term sustainability in mind.

His grounded leadership style, technical expertise, and commitment to community-first development are instrumental in driving Nirasoul’s vision forward. Balraj believes in building systems that serve not just today’s needs, but also future generations—efficient, durable, and sustainable.

Chozang Namgial is a seasoned social entrepreneur and sustainable design expert from Ladakh, with over two decades of experience in grassroots innovation, eco-construction, and community-driven development. As a Director at Nirasoul Pvt. Ltd., he brings a wealth of knowledge in regenerative systems, climate-resilient infrastructure, and culturally rooted design.​

Chozang's journey began at SECMOL (Students’ Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh), where he was instrumental in pioneering solar passive architecture and alternative education models.
